One faces reality when he or she steps out of school and starts to find the perfect job that would elevate his/her status in life. A job that is said to be the answer to the hard work he/she has invested during college. But what if you have already find the job that you wanted and suddenly realized it is not the one that you are looking for would you immediately resign and go again for long interviews and tests and wait and wait for a company to call or try to focus on the situation and manage the stress that you have been encountering. Here are some tips on how one can overcome that “don’t like my job” feeling.

First is to set your mind not on the negative things you see about your job but on the positive things about your job. I am definitely sure that no matter how bad things maybe there are still some positive aspects that you may have failed to look at. If you boss’s nagging voice and frequent sermons irritates you just think of this, maybe your boss just simply wants you to exert extra effort for he believes that who can do better than what you have done. I believe that “love” can come in different forms and one of which is through the “nagging” and scolding way. Be thankful also for the company your co-workers shows whenever they cheers you up after a long conversation with your boss. The smile they put in your face to lighten you up is a simply way of showing that God loves you and He is just testing your ability. You are always responsible for the situation you are into, no one can help you if you cannot help yourself, once you have taken responsibility of your actions who can see that stress and the “don’t like my job feeling” would slowly fade. Remember that loving one’s job is the most important part in working. When that love grows every day, the negative aspects you see may just pass by and you will be inspired and you’ll see you will never treat a day in your life as work but as fun and laughter.
