Majority of the employed population would agree that it is not easy to find a job in this time, the effort that they did, the time they consumed before they received the appointment for a job interview. The stress they felt, everything that they had gone through was not an easy path. But looking at them now, not all of them would say that they are happy with where they are now. The question is; Is it normal for hating your work? Is it healthy that after you gave all your effort you would disgust your position?

Looking around, we will realize that the ratio of employed to unemployed are very alarming, the number of dependents are growing fast due to unemployment. Now, here are some, saying to themselves; “I don’t like my job anymore. “

People who are in the position should be very thankful and blessed that they are there in the comfort of their offices while there is more deserving still struggling to get a job. Learn to be grateful for that where you are now, is a product of your hard work and diligence.

As Oscar Wilde said; “The best way to appreciate your job is to imagine without one.”

Look at what had transpired during your job hunting, compared them to what will happen if you just stand there and speculate how could it be to be in your position now, to the feeling of in need because of being jobless. These things and more will bring you to a realization that you should express gratitude instead of complaining about your current job. You will surely say “I love my job” instead of “I don’t like my job.”

Questions have been asked; do you really need to love your job? Many would say yes because they believe that only by loving what you do, you will be happy accomplishing it. But some would say; not necessarily, there’s no personal thing about it, it is just a job you need to perform so there’s no emotional attachment required to be involved.

A great deal of articles has been publicized on the significance of finding a job that you love to do. Writers had recognized the relation of good performance and productivity to the happy feeling one worker or employee is possessing.

As we would go and ask people of different walks of life, we will realize that most people don’t love their work. Many simply like it because that was the job of the person they idolizes, or something they find sophisticated or people look up upon that profession. Some tolerate it because they needed something for a living, there’s no choice left but to endure on what is on hand. Very few find work appealing and enjoyable and viewed as they would be doing until retirement time.

This study result does not necessarily mean that we will just live by that system and should leave everyone else in desperation and kill that desire to finally find something that they would enjoy most.

It is still healthy to believe that in time, you can and be supposed to discover things that will make you happy. It may just be somewhere or right on your very eyes. Sometimes a realization and self-reflection has to be done to be able to become conscious that you are in fact in the place you’ve been dreaming of. You just don’t realize it or accept it because you are looking too far.

Being ambitious is not bad at all, its just that, sometimes because of our ambition, we tend to forget and ignore what we have at present. We keep on wanting and aiming things that are not for us yet and needs a waiting moment. Being aware of the good things and favor that are in your lap will definitely bring positive performances and great value of productivity thus will result to financial success.

But happiness and enjoyment will not come about, not yet. You can be successful but feeling alone. Happiness is when you are satisfied and contented. That will happen only when you are with people you want to be with and you appreciate the things around you.

You cannot force people to love and accept you nor to love things you don’t really like. But self reflection and truthful appreciation have the power to change the whole scenario. You may not be able to be in love with what you do, but when you are happy, love will definitely be developed.

What is your attitude towards work? How do you perceive things around you? How do you react on things that come your way?

Your day can be determined by our attitude. It can be the catalyst for prosperity and abundance beyond your dreams or if you just work to get by. It can conclude whether the outcome of the work will be good or unsatisfactory. The attitude you have towards work can truly help attract more of what you want, hence, the Law of Attraction.

Do you need to change your attitude? So how do you do it? Changing attitude towards everything is as easy as making a decision to do so. You have the power inside of you to decide anything and the ability to follow through with that decision. Once you decide that you are going to have different attitude, you have to settle on what the new attitude will take in.

Being contented and thankful of what you have at present and confidence in your self will play an important part in this. When you are grateful for what you have, what you do, your belief starts to shift toward abundance of that certain thing that you are grateful for. Once you move into the belief of contentment then your attitude starts to change for the better. Be cautious, this works in reverse also! And then you start to attract more of the same into your lives.

Look around you, your work area, workmates, your position, people of least to you, everything you see, look at them closely. Think of the things that you do and you have. Think of things that you would like to have a better attitude about. Now make a list of things that you are grateful of. Make sure they are positive. Read that list every day, several times a day for a week. By the end of the week you will notice that your view on that particular thing has improved. You will also notice many other things in your life that you are grateful for and many different things that you have a different better attitude about.

This does not mean that you will not accept problems and hardships, that is being in denial, accept it as part of life. You just have to realize that you have the ability to look at the situation differently and be the person that you want to be.

Perceiving things the way you want it will determine its outcome. You should stop blaming others for what had happened to you, you should start to become responsible of your decision on things, and only by this your attitude will be corrected.

What is your mind-set towards your work?
It’s a matter of choice, the situation you take will determine whether obtaining fulfillment or misery! It is your own decision whether to settle as second rate or be at our best in your work.

There are many potential causes, but the underlying theme is typically a distinct lack of desire to do it. And if you stop, many things will be affected. Bring back the excitement to your work and later on, see that you’re not only reaping the fruit but tasting the sweetness of your fruit.

More often than not, many people with potential give up. One of the main reason is they do not appreciate what is in front of them, they keep on looking far, perceiving other’s job as greater that what they have. Appreciation is one golden rule. The moment you learn to give value to what you do no matter how hard or easy it could be, that is more than enough to think twice before quitting.

Waiting pays. Life is like a video game. You have to strategize your move, plan your actions and set goals. It is not wise to kick and punch all the time, sometimes you need to wait for the right timing to make sure you hit the opponent. Staying for a while, analyzing things and treat things lightly will bring positive result. Sometimes it not wise to always run, there is a time that we need to stop and recharge until we have the vigor to fight again. Wait for your chance. If circumstances do not favor you, reconsider, maybe it’s just a test that you have to finish before leveling up.

Persistence is good to be a best friend. “Try and try until you succeed.” This old saying still works, even if you think you did your best yet your superior did not even valued it, continue to persist in your efforts, if done, you cannot fail to succeed on some level. Most of the time, just because our attention are focused on something, we neglect to see other potentials around us, if circumstances fall short, we resulted to quitting. As they say, “Winners do not quit, quitters do not win”. Persevere with what you plan to do, hit the goal and in time you’ll a matured you handling greater works.

Our higher potential finds us when we set our course in a correct direction. The power of appreciation, the fruit of waiting and the product of persistence will lead you to a greater performer you. At the end of the day, you will see yourself looking back and thanking yourself for not quitting.

Feelings of frustration can occur when we think we’re stuck with absolutely no other choice. Do you feel that you’re spending too much time at work and there must be more to life? There are always options and choices we can make. We just need to figure out what they are. Find out which area of your life needs attention and focus on that first and see how great your life could be.

The amount of angst you carry with regards to your work can literally be debilitating whether you’re an employee or the boss. Numerous surveys and studies confirm that occupational pressures and fears are far and away the leading source of stress for American adults and that these have steadily increased over the past few decades.

There’s really more to life than work alone and how do you get it? I would like to suggest that you consider the fact that your life and your work can be and should be one and the same. That concept may take a moment to sink in for many of us. The stronger you dislike your present work situation, the more you may want to disagree with that statement.

While you separate your lives from work you make one of them bad and the other one good. In one way or another we often feel guilty if we spend too much time at work and neglect our lives, and vice-versa.

If your belief is that you must labor and toil to live, then you are cutting yourself off from a deep and satisfying opportunity to express yourself as a creative, giving, and intelligent contributor to every facet of your life and the lives of everyone you associate with.

Certainly if you would look closely our work is one of the greatest opportunities for expressing our reason for being. Never before in the history of the world has there been a greater confluence of circumstances perfectly aligned to support and encourage the individual to monetize their own gifts and talents.

Stop complaining about everything you don’t like about your present work situation. Stop associating with people who always complain about their present work situation. While we may not be able to change our environment, we can change our response to it.

The first step to changing your life is to change the people you are around with. Often leaving the negative situation is not enough in itself. You need to find ways to fuel positive energy. This may be a simple task for some, but others are so engrossed in their negative thoughts it is hard to find that path to contentment.

Take it from Napoleon Hill “Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire and begin at once, whether you’re ready or not, to put this plan into action.” If you aren’t, getting what you want out of life then it is time to try something new. You need a new attitude, a new strategy or a new goal. Life is full of amazing opportunities, but you’ll never know if you don’t reach out and proactively pursue more of what you truly want. Life just doesn’t give up all its treasures without a fight.

These employees who have the same sentiments to each other may or may not find remedy by merely talking or discussing among themselves. In order to find a reality of change, do the necessary plans of actions to take.

Why do you need to prolong your agony if things went wrong and you couldn’t find any solution anymore? Instead of messing things up, why don’t you isolate yourself for a while to have enough time to fix any broken situation and restore what’s required to do.

One of the good qualities that a worker must have or identify within yourself is the art of having the passion to your profession or career. In most work situations, it was observed that when employee loves the things being done, no matter how difficult it could be, it will always serve as inspiration and challenge to walk through.

Liking your job seems easy to do but to love your work and live with it make things uncertain to many employees who has twin complains. One’s attitude makes bigger impact that creates difference in many individuals. When you work with energy and enthusiasm, you would never realize the pain and tiredness despite of challenges at work.

Bring your heart and smile to every phase of your job because it will lighten up your day to day professional atmosphere. Passion at work determines the level of your performance. They said that where you place your time and effort measures the amount of love and attention that you filled into it.

The degree of interest can quantify the level of your passion at work. It’s hard to render service to an establishment without any consideration coming from your heart. Do not act like a robot that limits your movements when working. Maximize your potential because at the proper time, you would benefit so much from keeping things in good terms. Love the kind of work you do, and it will love the same as you do.

There are different meaning of vision and success if you would search in the internet; it all depends on how you interpret each meaning. How would you want to see yourself when achieving the success you’ve ever wanted?

What does success look like to you? Your vision of success is unique. It might be similar to my vision of success, but it probably will not be exactly the same. I’ve learned in my own life that if you don’t identify your vision, others will plan and direct your life for you. True happiness comes when we create our own vision and work toward achieving it. A compelling vision will help you succeed, be more satisfied with your life, and get the most out of it.

Often, we may not be aware of hidden thoughts. Our thoughts support or hinder our success. Vision is the formation of a mental image of something that is not perceived as real. Once you start to see those images and allow yourself to feel good about what you are seeing, you are now connecting with your vision. An extremely important component of these images is your feelings about them. Those feelings are what will propel you to forward and help you to manifest your vision into reality.

All the successful people have a vision. All the time they see in their inner vision, where they go, live in that vision and moving toward. Without the future vision it is very difficult to work in present. You can easily recognize the people without vision they are always sad, they do not like their job; their moral is always on the low level.

The trick is defining what’s most important for you, and creating a personal operating system for your life that keeps you focused. When you know what you want for yourself and from life, you can use this vision as a road map and a framework for making decisions, setting goals, and taking actions.

Get started begin by using your imagination. Involve all of your senses! Allow yourself to fully step into the experience. See it, feel it, and be in it. Write about it! Create a vision board and place it where you can see it daily.

Your vision will represent the scope of your dream. You must create a sharp and clear picture of it. Remember, your new world is built in your mind at first and only then. It starts to materialize in our physical reality when you put action to it.

Having a vision will help get you through the down times. Your vision, your passion and your purpose will be like fuel propelling you to move forward in your journey. Your vision will become the foundation of your life. A weak foundation can destroy the full building. Try to build a powerful concept of your life, and success will follow.

We’ve all faced the tough decision of deciding whether or not we should quit our jobs. I know I don’t think it’s ever an easy decision. Quitting your job is definitely something you should think long and hard about. If you do decide to quit your job, leave your company the right way.

There are signs that say it’s time to pack up your things and leave. I’d like to offer a list of these signs gleaned from the web and from my own experiences. Listed below are some indications that signals you to move on. Read through it and for sure you’re experiencing some of it.

Financial difficulty

You’re having a difficult time financially. We’re all there right now, so you can’t feel bad. The economy sucks and it’s hard for all of us. However, also put in mind that no matter how much you make, it never seems to be enough. If you have spent time revising your budget, have tried to get small side jobs, feel that a second job is impossible, and you are still having trouble making ends meet, I suggest you start looking for a higher-paying position. Money isn’t everything, but when you’re consistently stressing out about it, action is needed.

Stressed out at work

Recently you’ve felt so stressed out at work and can’t concentrate. That you are turning into an emotional and sensitive person. Before you get to your breaking point, be aware of your stress levels, if they become unmanageable, look for a new job as soon as possible, before your emotions and sentiments get the best of you, and you get fired.

Everyone is acting differently

Your co-workers as well as your boss have been acting differently around you. Be cautious in assessing their behavior especially your boss. You may have at one point had a good amount of office “friends” but lately, you’ve had the feeling you’re being avoided. Situations like people seem less patient with you, no one goes out of their way to chat with you are bad signs. There could be an office gossip going on about you, or that you did something, to someone to piss you off. This won’t immediately be anything other than puzzling and annoying, but if your co-workers hate you, it could worsen into something much bigger and don’t be surprised if your boss writes that you “aren’t a team player” on your next review.

Uncomfortable feeling

You have the feeling that you might need to quit for one reason or another. Trust your instincts if you’re not feeling comfortable at work. If you feel like your position has been tainted beyond repair and your sensing something bad is going to happen at work. These feelings aren’t paranoia, it’s your gut feeling that it’s time to move on, and you should listen.

I think we know deep down inside us when it’s time to move on. But we get comfortable, and it seems like too much trouble to leave. We start worrying about what people will say, and what they’ll think about our choices. We feel the need to justify our actions to people who should probably not be in our business anyway.

When you feel frustrated by events that seemed outside of your control, take an honest look at whatever has fallen apart around you. There’s really no need to stay on the ride if it’s making you sick and all you want to do is throw up.

There are many people who keep on complaining about their work almost as often as they feel and want to say it. They never realize that every time they complain, they are also hurting themselves. They are living in a certain work condition that they cannot enjoy because of some factors affecting them so much. What can help them out from those unfavorable conditions? And if you’re one of them, what would you do when you started hating your job?

Whenever we see or feel anything against what we expect, we tend to complain. Complains that made our feeling more intense that later on becomes discontentment and lead to anger. Instead of complains, why you don’t pause for a while and divert your thoughts into something creative and useful that will bring your mood into more refreshing and interesting? Change the state of your mind and focus on positive way of thinking thus will help you restore the energy that you released when you consumed it unconditionally. When you visualize yourself doing extra ordinary actions on something that makes you feel excited like being in an adventure, for sure it would give you more positive emotions.

Repetition of words as if you’re telling them that you have over and over could bring you more stress. When you think your situation is impossible to work out, then find alternatives that best suit you. Look for meaningful ways to cultivate your boredom at work. If you cannot change the condition, change your mindset and learn to handle the difficulty dealing with your conflict.

It is really unprofessional and unethical when you are expressing your negative thoughts and emotions against your job whenever you are at work. Remember that it’s still the same place where you are currently rendering your services in exchange of your wage. Never practice such behavior because it shows that you cannot contain such manners. Such attitude becomes alarming and sounds untrained. Put your things accordingly and make yourself compose at all times.

Always bear in mind that all things happen for a reason and find the cause behind such circumstances. Never neglect to comply with your duties and responsibilities. There’s a corresponding end to every beginning. Difficulties are perfectly present when you will learn to shift your weaknesses to strength. Value the best lesson you could ever learn while you’re undergoing relentless challenges. Then you will find the very best in you.

Complaining about what surrounds you could not do anything good about the situation, however putting those complains into action that could turn all negative situation into a positive one brings unexpected reward that will not only change the situation but will bring co

This energy must not be limited to the physical dimension but also in terms of our mental and emotional strength. Keeping yourself healthy in and out makes you stronger and fit at all times. Take your position ready when different challenges come near you. You should learn to determine the role of problems at work and if you cannot handle it with confidence, it may result to complicated situation. Challenging conditions are everywhere. It will strike you anytime and if you are not geared well when it deals with you, it can reduce productivity and self-esteem.

What makes you think that you don’t like the way you do now at work? What affects you so much? If you’re not ready to talk about it yet, well, you should take time to vent it out somewhere you are comfortable with so that you will feel better. Having problems in your job is an ordinary thing that occurs in life. It comes and goes but never stay. That’s the reason why you need to prepare in and out so that you will know where to go and what to do. There are uncertain events that perhaps difficult to predict but what’s more important is you know well how to pass through in every unavoidable circumstances.

Dealing with challenging situations may also damage relationship. Learn to control emotions by not talking or moving inappropriately. Sometimes, it leads to unpleasant reactions due to stressful conditions. It can be normal for some but this involves ethical concern in your profession. The basic thing that you should be reminded of is know perhaps what is good and bad. Avoid unnecessary reactions when problems strike so you don’t have so much to regret in the end.

When you encounter heavy problems at work, situation may not guarantee you to give a positive result. There are people who believe that things happen for a reason and even if it was not good for them, still they are hoping a positive thing to happen. However, people are not the same with their beliefs and how they react on different situations. Therefore, when you are not equipped with proper knowledge in dealing challenging scenarios, people somehow loose the ability to control which is better to do for the common good. An ordinary employee will prefer to do things that give relief and convenience.

To make you feel better, be enlightened by proper ventilation and communication. Increase your wide understanding and long patience to avoid discomfort at work. Take some few days rest to clear the air from any issues at work. Do the proper channelling of your concern based on your organization set up. Clear your own behaviour first before you build communication to others. Address your concern appropriately. It makes sense to walk through all your problems as you continue working with respect and integrity. Handle your problems with proper identification of the issue and available options to solve it with confidence and contentment.

Learn to reduce stress. Stop worrying and negotiate your concern promptly. Concentrate on doing your job well. Evaluate your attitude and performance and do necessary adjustment for improvement. Balance your time at work and your personal time. Enjoy each day as you think all that things pass by and never stay long. Have a control in all every aspect of your life and learn to be prepared at all times. Challenging circumstances makes a person stronger. Be healthy and equipped.
